This guide explains how to connect your Unleashed account to Helm, enabling automated order import, real-time inventory synchronisation, and centralised fulfilment so you can manage Unleashed alongside other sales channels from a single interface.

What is Unleashed

Unleashed is a cloud-based inventory management platform for wholesalers, retailers, and manufacturers. It helps businesses manage products, stock levels, pricing, and orders efficiently. Integrating Unleashed with Helm allows automated order imports, synchronised inventory, and streamlined fulfilment workflows across multiple sales channels.

Step-by-Step Setup

Step 1 — Start the Unleashed integration in Helm

  1. Log in to your Helm account.

  2. Navigate to Settings → Sales Channels.

  3. Click Add New Channel, search for Unleashed, and select Add / Install.

Note: You must have an active Unleashed account with API credentials.

Step 2: Obtain and Enter Your Credentials

Unleashed will provide the credentials required for integration. In Helm, fill out the following fields with the details provided:

  • Name – Assign a clear label (e.g., Unleashed Integration).

  • App ID – Enter the App ID provided by Unleashed.

  • API Key – Paste the API key provided by Unleashed.

  • Order Statuses – Select the order statuses you want to import from Unleashed (e.g., Pending, Processing).

Ensure credentials are copied exactly as provided to avoid connection issues.

Adjust these parameters in accordance with your business protocols.

  • Credentials – Choose any additional configuration settings to tailor the integration to your operational requirements.

  • Settings – Select the warehouse from which goods will be despatched for this integration and select any additional settings you may require.

  • Stock Control – Enable Auto Sync Stock to maintain inventory parity.

  • Brand – Configure your Company Information for this sales channel; by default, details from General Settings will be used.

  • Commercial Invoice – Set up Commercial Invoice Information specific to this channel, or retain those from General Settings.

  • Despatch Emails – Decide whether Helm should transmit order despatch emails with carrier tracking information; configure as required.

  • Feedback Emails – Elect to send order feedback emails; configure accordingly.

🔐 Credentials must correspond with those used to access your Unleashed account.

Step 3: Save and Activate

Click Submit (or Save) to store your credentials.

Helm will attempt to connect to Unleashed. On success, the channel will be active, and orders, stock, and fulfilment updates will begin synchronising automatically.

Completion

Your Unleashed channel is now fully integrated with Helm. Orders will import automatically, inventory levels will remain accurate, and fulfilment updates will synchronise in real time. This centralised integration ensures efficient operations, reduces manual errors, and provides a single point of control across all connected sales channels.
