Getting Started

Step 1 – Sign Up as a Temu Seller

Visit the Temu Seller Centre and complete your onboarding
Sign up now

Step 2 – Install the Neuro App in Temu

Once your seller account is active, install the Neuro App from within the Temu Seller Centre

This links your Temu data with Helm, allowing product and order syncing

Step 3 – Add Temu as a Sales Channel in Helm

Go to Settings
Select Sales Channels
Click Add New Channel (bottom right corner)
Search for Temu and install the channel

Required Fields

Once installed, you’ll be prompted to enter your integration credentials.

These are found in your Temu Seller Centre:

FIELD	DESCRIPTION
Name	Your display name for the channel, e.g. Temu UK
Access Token	Provided by Temu once you install the Neuro app
Marketplace	The regional Temu marketplace you are trading on
App Key	Provided in your Temu seller dashboard
App Secret	Provided in your Temu seller dashboard
Account Nominal Code	Your accounting or reporting code for this channel

Additional Settings

You can enable optional settings to tailor how Helm behaves with your Temu store

Auto Hold Orders	Automatically place incoming orders on hold to allow time for review
Manage Stock	Allows Helm to control inventory levels on Temu
Get Orders	Enables Helm to pull new orders from Temu
Download Products	Imports your current Temu listings into Helm
Deduct Stock via Orders	Reduce stock levels in Helm automatically when orders are placed
Increase Stock via Cancelled Orders	Restock cancelled items automaticallyb
Push Stock Levels	Send current Helm stock levels to Temu
Download Product Images	Pull listing images from Temu to display within Helm
Download Product Dimensions	Sync size and packaging info for each product
Download Product Customs Information	Retrieve commodity codes and customs values
Use Order Prefix	Add a prefix to all orders imported from Temu for easier identification
Order Prefix	Define the prefix text, e.g. TEMU-
Use Low Stock Buffer	Reserve a minimum quantity in stock to avoid overselling
Low Stock Buffer	Enter the buffer quantity, e.g. 5 units
Use Max Stock Level	Limit how much stock is ever shown on Temu
Max Stock Level	Define the maximum level to push, e.g. 50 units
Disable Fulfilment	Stops Helm from updating shipment status in Temu
Auto Match Product	Automatically pair Helm products with their Temu counterparts
Fetch Order Cancellation Data	Retrieve info about any orders that were cancelled
Fetch Return Info	Import details about returned items

Final Steps

Once all fields are complete
Click Submit to finish setup

⚠️ Make sure a warehouse has been added in Helm before going live with the integration

Once submitted, your Temu integration is active and ready to go
