Step-by-Step Setup

Step 1: Access the MediaMarkt Integration

Log in to your Helm account.

Navigate to:
Settings → Sales Channels

Click “Add New Channel” then search and select MediaMarkt.

Step 2: Obtain and Enter Your Credentials

Populate the following fields:

  • Active – Enable the channel by toggling the Is Active switch.

  • Name – Provide a distinctive reference for your channel (e.g. MediaMarkt Marketplace EU).

  • API URL – Input the full API endpoint URL as provided by MediaMarkt.

  • API Key – Paste the API key issued by MediaMarkt via your seller account.

  • Selected Channel – Add the MediaMarkt channel you wish to connect.

Ensure all credentials are transcribed precisely as provided.
