Fruugo Integration Setup Guide

This guide explains how to integrate Fruugo as a sales channel in Helm. You will learn how to install the channel, provide the required login credentials, and activate the connection to enable seamless order and inventory synchronisation.

Prerequisites

Before you begin:

  • Ensure you have administrative access to your Helm account.

  • You must have an active Fruugo Retailer account.

  • Have your Fruugo Retailer login credentials (email and password) ready.

  • Log in to retailer.fruugo.com to confirm your details are correct.

Step 1: Install the Fruugo Sales Channel

  1. From your Helm dashboard, click Settings in the bottom-left corner.

  2. Navigate to the Sales Channels section.

  3. Locate Fruugo in the list of available integrations and click Install.

Step 2: Enter Your Credentials

  1. You will be presented with a short form. Fill in the following fields:

    • Name – A unique, meaningful reference for your Fruugo channel (e.g. Fruugo - Main Store).

    • Username – The email address you use to log in at retailer.fruugo.com.

    • Password – Your Fruugo Retailer account password.

    • Order Statuses - Pending, processed, confirmed etc.

  2. Explore the configuration settings to further tailor and enhance your integration.

  3. Click Settings in the top tab and choose the Helm warehouse from which goods will be despatched for this integration.

  5. Optional configuration tabs include:

    • Stock Control – Set up Auto Sync Stock.

    • Brand – Setup your Company Information for this sales channel below. By default your Company Information as set in General Settings will be used.

    • Commercial Invoice – Setup your Commercial Invoice Information for this sales channel below. By default your Commercial Invoice Information as set in General Settings will be used.

    • Despatch Emails – Do you want Helm to send out an order despatched email with carrier tracking information (if applicable)? If you do setup your Despatch Email for this sales channel below.

    • Feedback Emails – Do you want Helm to send out an order feedback email? If you do, setup your Despatch Email for this sales channel below.

      Adjust these according to your business requirements.

  6. Once all fields are complete, click Submit to finalise the setup.

Once submitted, you will see a confirmation message indicating the channel has been created successfully.

Completion

Your Fruugo sales channel is now fully connected to Helm. Orders and stock updates will sync automatically based on your configuration.

Additional Notes

  • If your Fruugo login credentials change, return to the Sales Channels section to update them accordingly.

  • You may create multiple Fruugo channels for different regions or storefronts, using distinct names.

  • If any issues arise during integration, verify your Fruugo Retailer login is active and accepted via retailer.fruugo.com.
