Bluepark Integration Setup Guide
This page walks you through the steps to integrate Bluepark as a sales channel within Helm. You’ll learn how to generate the necessary API credentials from your Bluepark admin panel and how to configure these within Helm to enable seamless order syncing and stock management

Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure the following:
You have administrative access to Helm.
You can log in to your Bluepark Admin Panel.
You are authorised to create or manage Admin Users within Bluepark.

Step 1: Create Bluepark API Credentials
To connect Helm with Bluepark, you must first create an Admin User with API access enabled.
Follow the steps below:
Log in to your Bluepark Admin Panel.
From the main menu, go to:
Users → Admin Users

Click the green plus icon to create a new Admin User.

Complete the required fields:

Username
Email Address
Password
Scroll down to the Admin Panel Access and Authorisation section.
Tick the checkbox for Enable API Access.

Click the floppy disk icon to Save your changes.

Once saved, scroll back down to the Admin Panel Access and Authorisation section. Your API access credentials will now be displayed. You’ll need the following:
API Username
API Key
API Access URL (this should be entered into the “Domain” field in Helm)

If you use our software to manage your stock, you must deactivate the “Manage Stock” option in BluePark by going to the “configuration/e-Commerce Options” page.
Step 2: Add Bluepark as a Sales Channel in Helm
From your Helm dashboard, click on Settings in the bottom-left corner.
Navigate to the Sales Channels section.
Locate Bluepark in the list of available integrations and click Install.

Step 3: Configure the Integration Fields
You will be presented with a credentials form. Fill in the following fields:
Active
Toggle this ON to activate the channel.
Name
A meaningful reference for your Amazon channel.
This must be unique across all channels.
Example:
Amazon - UK
Domain
Use the full API Access URL.
API Username
Enter the value generated in Bluepark.
API Key
Enter the value generated in Bluepark.
Explore the configuration settings to further tailor and enhance your integration according to your fulfilment strategy and vendor agreements.
Warehouse Selection
Click Settings in the top tab and choose the Helm warehouse from which goods will be despatched for this integration.

Optional configuration tabs include:
Stock Control – Set up Auto Sync Stock.
Brand – Setup your Company Information for this sales channel below. By default your Company Information as set in General Settings will be used.
Commercial Invoice – Setup your Commercial Invoice Information for this sales channel below. By default your Commercial Invoice Information as set in General Settings will be used.
Despatch Emails – Do you want Helm to send out an order despatched email with carrier tracking information (if applicable)? If you do setup your Despatch Email for this sales channel below.
Feedback Emails – Do you want Helm to send out an order feedback email? If you do, setup your Despatch Email for this sales channel below.
Adjust these according to your business requirements.
Once all fields are complete, click Submit.

Step 4: Adjust Stock Settings in Bluepark
⚠️ If Helm is being used as your primary stock management system, you must disable Bluepark's internal stock control to avoid conflicts.
To do this:
In your Bluepark admin area, navigate to:
Configuration → e-Commerce OptionsLocate the setting Manage Stock and ensure it is disabled.
This ensures Helm is the authoritative source for inventory levels.

Completion
Your Bluepark sales channel is now connected to Helm. Orders and inventory data will begin syncing automatically based on your configuration.

Additional Notes
You can modify the Bluepark integration at any time by returning to:
Settings → Sales Channels → BlueparkEnsure your API credentials remain valid and up to date.
If you operate multiple Bluepark stores, you can install additional channels using unique names and credentials for each.
