TikTok Shop Integration Guide

This guide walks you through the steps required to connect your TikTok Shop store to Helm. Once integrated, Helm will be able to synchronise your orders and stock levels with TikTok Shop for seamless multi-channel fulfilment.

Step-by-Step Setup

Step 1: Access the Integration Page

  1. Log in to your Helm account.

  2. Navigate to:
    Settings → Sales Channels

  3. From the list of available sales channel integrations, select TikTok Shop.

Step 2: Create the TikTok Shop Channel

  1. Click Add Channel (if applicable).

  2. In the form that appears, complete the following field:

Enter a name to identify this integration (e.g. TikTok Shop UK)

Choose UK or America

Fulfilment Channel

Choose Seller or Tiktok

Additional Options

Choose to enable any of the additional options

📌 Use a name that clearly references the origin of your orders to simplify management later on.

  1. Explore the configuration settings to further tailor and enhance your integration.

  2. Optional configuration tabs include:

    • Settings - choose the warehouse from which goods will be despatched for this integration.

    • Stock Control – Set up Auto Sync Stock.

    • Brand – Setup your Company Information for this sales channel below. By default your Company Information as set in General Settings will be used.

    • Commercial Invoice – Setup your Commercial Invoice Information for this sales channel below. By default your Commercial Invoice Information as set in General Settings will be used.

    • Despatch Emails – Do you want Helm to send out an order despatched email with carrier tracking information (if applicable)? If you do setup your Despatch Email for this sales channel below.

    • Feedback Emails – Do you want Helm to send out an order feedback email? If you do, setup your Despatch Email for this sales channel below.

      Adjust these according to your business requirements.

  3. Once all fields are complete, click Submit.

  4. You’ll receive a confirmation message once the channel has been successfully added.

Step 3: Connect Your TikTok Shop Account

After creating the channel, you will be redirected to the channel’s detail view.

  1. Click the Connect Channel button.

  2. If not already logged in, enter your TikTok Shop credentials when prompted.

  3. Select your region and click Next.

  4. Review the permissions and click the checkbox to confirm.

  5. Click Authorise to complete the connection.

Step 4: Confirmation

Once authorised, your TikTok Shop sales channel will be successfully connected to Helm.

You’ll now be able to:

  • Import orders from TikTok Shop automatically

  • Sync inventory across all platforms

  • Manage fulfilment efficiently from one dashboard

🔐 No additional credentials are required once the account is authorised through TikTok's official OAuth process.

Completion

Your TikTok Shop integration is now live! Orders and stock will synchronise in real time, enabling accurate and centralised management across all your channels.
