What is La Redoute Marketplace
La Redoute Marketplace is a leading European fashion and homeware platform, enabling independent brands and merchants to reach style‑conscious customers while preserving their distinctive brand identity.
By integrating La Redoute Marketplace with Helm, you can automate order imports, maintain synchronised inventory in real time, and streamline multichannel fulfilment from a single, centralised interface.

Step-by-Step Setup
Step 1: Access the La Redoute Integration
Log in to your Helm account.
Navigate to:
Settings → Sales Channels
Click “Add New Channel”, then search and select La Redoute.

Step 2: Enter Your Credentials
Populate the following fields:
Active – Enable the channel by toggling the Is Active switch.
Name – Provide a distinctive reference for your channel (e.g. La Redoute Marketplace EU).
API URL – Input the full API endpoint URL as provided by La Redoute.
API Key – Paste the API key issued by La Redoute via your seller account. If your credentials include Client ID and Client Secret, enter these in the corresponding fields.
Selected Channel – Add the La Redoute channel you wish to connect.
Ensure all credentials are transcribed precisely as provided.
Optional configuration tabs include:
Adjust these parameters in line with your operational protocols.
Credentials – Choose any additional configuration settings to tailor the integration to your requirements.
Settings – Select the warehouse from which goods will be despatched for this integration and choose any additional settings you require.
Stock Control – Enable Auto Sync Stock to maintain inventory parity.
Brand – Configure your Company Information for this sales channel; by default, details from General Settings will be used.
Commercial Invoice – Set up Commercial Invoice Information specific to this channel, or retain those from General Settings.
Despatch Emails – Decide whether Helm should transmit order despatch emails with carrier tracking information; configure as required.
Feedback Emails – Elect to send order feedback emails; configure accordingly.
🔐 Credentials should correspond with those used to access your La Redoute Marketplace seller dashboard.

Step 3: Save and Activate
Click Submit to save your credentials.
A confirmation message will indicate successful connection of the La Redoute channel.

Completion
Your La Redoute store is now linked to Helm. Orders and inventory data will begin synchronising automatically, ensuring your operations remain current and streamlined across platforms.
