Integrate your Wowcher store with Helm to streamline order management, automate inventory updates, and simplify your fulfilment operations

Step-by-Step Setup
Step 1: Access the Integration Page
Log in to your Helm account.
Navigate to:
Settings → Sales Channels.From the list of available sales channels, select Wowcher.
Click the Install button next to Wowcher.

Step 2: Obtain API Credentials from Wowcher
To begin, you must first retrieve your App Key and App Secret from Wowcher.
How to Request Your Credentials:
Contact your Wowcher account manager or
Email Wowcher support.
Wowcher will then provide you with a link to generate your API credentials.
Once received, keep your App Key and App Secret securely stored - you’ll use them in the next step to configure your channel in Helm.

Step 3: Complete the Helm Integration Form
In the integration form for Wowcher, fill in the following fields:

Active | Toggle ON to activate the channel |
Name | Provide a recognisable name (e.g. |
App Key | Paste the App Key provided by Wowcher |
App Secret | Paste the App Secret provided by Wowcher |
Extra Settings | Enable any other setting of your choice |

Step 4: Configure Optional Settings
Customise your channel configuration using these optional tabs:
Settings – Set the warehouse for order fulfilment.
Stock Control – Enable Auto Sync Stock.
Brand – Define branding for this sales channel (or use default settings).
Commercial Invoice – Configure invoice preferences per channel.
Despatch Emails – Enable despatch confirmation emails with tracking.
Feedback Emails – Enable post-order feedback emails.
Enable any other settings you require.
Adjust each tab to suit your operational preferences.

Step 5: Finalise the Integration
Once all fields are complete:
Click Submit.
A success message will confirm the integration.
Your Wowcher channel will now appear in your Sales Channels list.

Completion
Congratulations! Your Wowcher store is now fully integrated with Helm.
Orders and stock levels will sync automatically, keeping your operations smooth and centralised.
