Integrate your Spring XBS account with Helm to automate parcel dispatch, generate shipping labels, and synchronise tracking updates. Once connected, all shipments and fulfilment data can be managed directly within Helm.

Who is Spring XBS?

Spring XBS is a logistics and courier provider offering reliable parcel delivery and tracking services for businesses. Connecting Spring XBS with Helm allows automated order imports, centralised fulfilment management, and real-time tracking of shipments, ensuring efficiency and timely deliveries.

Step-by-Step Setup

Step 1: Access the Integration Page

  1. Log in to your Helm account.

  2. Navigate to Settings → Courier Integrations.

  3. Click + Add New Courier in the bottom-right corner.

  4. Search for Spring XBS in the list of available couriers.

  5. Click Install to begin setup.

Step 2: Fill in the Required Credentials

Once installed, a setup form will appear. Complete the following fields:

Name

Enter a custom name for this integration (e.g., SpringXBS).

Auth Company

Enter your company name in Helm (e.g., company name).

Test Account

Toggle No for live operation. Set to Yes if testing.

API Key

Enter the API Key provided by Spring XBS.

🔐 Ensure all credentials are obtained directly from Spring XBS and entered exactly as provided to avoid connection issues.

Step 3: Enable Testing Mode (Optional)

If you want to test the integration before going live:

  1. Set Test Account to Yes to perform sandbox testing without sending live shipments.

  2. Once configuration is verified, switch Test Account back to No for live operation.

Step 4: Save and Finalise

  1. Review all fields to ensure accuracy.

  2. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the form.

  3. A confirmation message will appear once the integration is successfully completed.

Completion

Your Spring XBS integration is now active in Helm. You can begin creating shipments, generating labels, and tracking deliveries automatically.
