Integrate your Hermes Corporate account with Helm to automate your shipping operations, streamline fulfilment, and maintain efficient courier communication.

Step-by-Step Setup
Step 1: Access the Integration Page
Log in to your Helm account
Navigate to:
Settings β Courier IntegrationsClick + Add New Courier in the bottom-right corner
Search for Hermes Corporate in the list of available couriers
Click Install

Step 2: Fill in the Required Credentials
Once installed, a setup form will appear. Complete the following fields:

Auth Company | Your company name in Helm |
Testing | Toggle Yes if you wish to run in test mode (no live transmissions will be sent) |
Client ID | Provided by Hermes Corporate |
Client Name | Provided by Hermes Corporate |
Child Client ID | Provided by Hermes Corporate |
Child Client Name | Provided by Hermes Corporate |
User ID | Provided by Hermes Corporate |
User Password | Provided by Hermes Corporate |
Auth ID | Provided by Hermes Corporate |
Auth Secret | Provided by Hermes Corporate |
Auth API Key | Provided by Hermes Corporate |
π You must request these credentials directly from Hermes Corporate if you have not already received them.

Step 3: Enable Testing Mode (Optional)
If you are setting up this courier for trial purposes or sandbox testing:
Set the Testing toggle to Yes
This prevents live data from being sent to Hermes Corporate
You may switch it to No once the setup is complete and verified

Step 4: Save and Finalise
Review all fields to ensure accuracy
Click Save Changes at the bottom of the form
A confirmation message will appear once successfully integrated

Completion
Congratulations - Hermes Corporate is now fully integrated with Helm. You can begin dispatching orders through the system, and tracking will sync accordingly.
