Who is Wayfair?

Wayfair is a leading online retailer specialising in furniture and home goods. By integrating Wayfair with Helm, you can streamline order processing, synchronise inventory in real time, and ensure efficient delivery management, all from a single unified dashboard.

Step-by-Step Setup

Step 1: Access the Integration Page

  1. Log in to your Helm account.

  2. Navigate to Settings → Courier Integrations.

  3. Click + Add New Courier in the bottom-right corner.

  4. Search for Wayfair in the list of available couriers.

  5. Click Install to begin configuration.

Step 2: Fill in the Required Credentials

Once installed, a setup form will appear. Complete the following fields:

Name

Assign a clear label for this integration (e.g., Wayfair).

Auth Company

Enter your registered company name in Helm.

Test Account

Select No for live setup (or Yes if you are testing).

Client ID

Enter your Client ID provided by Wayfair.

Client Secret

Enter your Client Secret provided by Wayfair.

🔐 Ensure the credentials match exactly as provided by Wayfair to avoid authentication issues.

Step 3: Enable Testing Mode (Optional)

If you want to test the integration before going live:

  1. Set Test Account to Yes to perform sandbox testing without sending live shipments.

  2. Once configuration is verified, switch Test Account back to No for live operation.

Step 4: Save and Finalise

  1. Review all fields to ensure accuracy.

  2. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the form.

  3. A confirmation message will appear once the integration is successfully completed.

Completion

Wayfair is now fully integrated with Helm.

You can begin processing orders, generating shipments, and sending tracking updates automatically.
