Integrate your AIT account with Helm to automate order fulfilment, manage inventory updates, and streamline dispatch operations. Once connected, all shipments and tracking updates can be handled directly within Helm.

Who is AIT?

AIT is a logistics and courier service provider specialising in reliable parcel delivery solutions for businesses. Integrating AIT with Helm ensures automated order imports, real-time stock updates, and centralised fulfilment management - helping you maintain accurate inventory and timely delivery.

Step-by-Step Setup

Step 1: Access the Integration Page

  1. Log in to your Helm account.

  2. Navigate to Settings → Courier Integrations.

  3. Click + Add New Courier in the bottom-right corner.

  4. Search for AIT in the available couriers list.

  5. Click Install to begin setup.

Step 2: Fill in the Required Credentials

Once installed, a setup form will appear. Complete the following fields:

Name

Enter a custom name for this integration (e.g., AIT).

Auth Company

Enter your company name in Helm (e.g., companyname).

Test Account

Toggle No to disable test mode and enable live transmissions.

API Key

Enter your AIT-provided API key.

🔐 You must obtain these credentials directly from AIT. Ensure all details are entered exactly as provided to avoid authentication or connection issues.

Step 3: Enable Testing Mode (Optional)

If you want to test the integration before going live:

  1. Set Test Account to Yes.

  2. This allows sandbox testing without sending live data.

  3. Once verified, switch the toggle to No for live operations.

Step 4: Save and Finalise

  1. Review all fields carefully to ensure accuracy.

  2. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the form.

  3. A confirmation message will appear once your AIT integration is successfully connected.

Completion

Your AIT courier integration is now active in Helm. You can begin creating shipments, generating labels, and tracking parcels in real time.
