Who is W Logistics?

W Logistics is a reliable logistics and distribution provider offering national and international parcel delivery solutions. Connecting W Logistics with Helm ensures smooth order fulfilment, efficient dispatch handling, and automated tracking updates directly within your operations workflow.

Step-by-Step Setup

Step 1: Access the Integration Page

  1. Log in to your Helm account.

  2. Navigate to Settings → Courier Integrations.

  3. Click + Add New Courier at the bottom-right corner.

  4. Search for W Logistics in the courier list.

  5. Click Install to begin setup.

Step 2: Fill in the Required Credentials

Once installed, a setup form will appear. Complete the following fields:

Name

Enter a descriptive name for this integration (e.g., W Logistics).

Auth Company

Enter your company name as registered in Helm.

Test Account

Select No for live operation. Choose Yes if setting up in test mode.

Access Token

Enter the API Access Token provided by W Logistics.

🔐 Ensure credentials are entered exactly as supplied by W Logistics to prevent authentication errors.

Step 3: Enable Testing Mode (Optional)

If you want to test the integration before going live:

  1. Set Test Account to Yes to perform sandbox testing without sending live shipments.

  2. Once configuration is verified, switch Test Account back to No for live operation.

Step 4: Save and Finalise

  1. Review all fields to ensure accuracy.

  2. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the form.

  3. A confirmation message will appear once the integration is successfully completed.

Completion

Your W Logistics integration is now active in Helm. You can start creating shipments, dispatching orders, and tracking parcels automatically.
