Who is Yodel C2C?

Yodel C2C (Consumer-to-Consumer) is a parcel delivery service from Yodel designed for individuals and small businesses who ship directly to customers or other consumers. It provides easy access to Yodel’s delivery network with convenient drop-off and tracking options. Integrating Yodel C2C with Helm ensures seamless order despatching, automated shipment updates, and efficient label management — all from one central system.

Step-by-Step Setup

Step 1: Access the Integration Page

  1. Log in to your Helm account.

  2. Navigate to Settings → Courier Integrations.

  3. Click + Add New Courier in the bottom-right corner.

  4. Search for Yodel C2C in the list of available couriers.

  5. Click Install to begin setup.

Step 2: Fill in the Required Credentials

Once installed, a setup form will appear. Complete the following fields:

Name

Enter a custom name for this integration (e.g., Yodel C2C).

Auth Company

Enter your company name in Helm (e.g., companyname).

Test Account

Toggle No to disable test mode and enable live transmissions.

Username

Enter your Yodel C2C username as provided by your account manager.

Password

Enter your Yodel C2C password.

API Key

Paste your Yodel C2C API key provided by Yodel.

🔐 All credentials must be obtained directly from Yodel C2C or your Yodel support contact. Ensure all details are entered exactly as provided to avoid authentication errors.

Step 3: Enable Testing Mode (Optional)

If you want to test the integration before going live:

  1. Set the Test Account toggle to Yes.

  2. This allows you to generate test shipments and labels without sending live data.

  3. Once confirmed, switch back to No for live dispatching.

Step 4: Save and Finalise

  1. Review all entered credentials carefully.

  2. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the form.

  3. A confirmation message will appear once your Yodel C2C integration is successfully connected.

Completion

Your Yodel C2C courier integration is now active in Helm. You can begin creating shipments, generating labels, and tracking parcels in real time.
