CitySprint Integration Guide

Integrate your CitySprint account with Helm to streamline your shipping operations, automate tracking, and ensure reliable fulfilment with CitySprint

Step-by-Step Setup

Step 1: Access the Integration Page

  1. Log in to your Helm account

  2. Navigate to:
    Settings → Courier Integrations

  3. Click + Add New Courier in the bottom-right corner

  4. Search for CitySprint in the list of available couriers

  5. Click Install

Step 2: Fill in the Required Credentials

Once installed, a setup form will appear. Complete the following fields:

Enter a custom name for this integration (e.g. CitySprint – UK Delivery)

Auth Company:

Your company name in Helm

Testing

Toggle Yes if you wish to run in test mode (no live transmissions will be sent)

Account Number

Provided by CitySprint

Subscription Key:

Provided by CitySprint

🔐 You must request these credentials directly from CitySprint if you have not already received them.

Step 3: Enable Testing Mode (Optional)

If you are setting up this courier for trial purposes or sandbox testing:

  • Set the Testing toggle to Yes

  • This prevents live data from being sent to CitySprint

  • You may switch it to No once the setup is complete and verified

Step 4: Save and Finalise

  1. Review all fields to ensure accuracy

  2. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the form

  3. A confirmation message will appear once successfully integrated

Completion

Congratulations - CitySprint is now fully integrated with Helm. You can begin dispatching orders through the system, and tracking will sync accordingly.

📌 You can return to Settings → Courier Integrations to update or review this configuration at any time.
