Integrate your PPI account with Helm to automate parcel dispatch, generate shipping labels, and synchronise tracking updates. Once connected, all shipments and fulfilment data can be managed directly within Helm.

Who is PPI?

PPI is a logistics and courier service provider offering reliable parcel delivery solutions for businesses. Integrating PPI with Helm enables automated order imports, real-time inventory updates, and centralised fulfilment management, ensuring timely deliveries and accurate tracking.

Step-by-Step Setup

Step 1: Access the Integration Page

  1. Log in to your Helm account.

  2. Navigate to Settings β†’ Courier Integrations.

  3. Click + Add New Courier in the bottom-right corner.

  4. Search for PPI in the list of available couriers.

  5. Click Install to begin setup.

Step 2: Fill in the Required Credentials

Once installed, a setup form will appear. Complete the following fields:

Name

Enter a custom name for this integration (e.g., PPI).

Auth Company

Enter your company name in Helm (e.g., companyname).

Test Account

Toggle No to disable test mode and enable live shipments.

Account Number

Enter your PPI account number.

Account Name

Enter the account name associated with your PPI account.

Token

Enter the API token provided by PPI.

Step 3: Enable Testing Mode (Optional)

If you want to test the integration before going live:

  1. Set Test Account to Yes to perform sandbox testing without sending live shipments.

  2. Once configuration is verified, switch Test Account back to No for live operation.

Step 4: Save and Finalise

  1. Review all entered credentials for accuracy.

  2. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the form.

  3. A confirmation message will appear once your PPI integration is successfully connected.

Completion

Your PPI integration is now active in Helm. You can begin creating shipments, generating labels, and tracking parcels automatically.
