Integrate your Relay account with Helm to automate parcel dispatch, generate shipping labels, and synchronise tracking updates. Once connected, all shipments and fulfilment data can be managed directly within Helm.

Who is Relay?

Relay is a logistics and courier provider offering streamlined parcel delivery services for both domestic and international shipments. Integrating Relay with Helm enables automated order imports, real-time stock updates, and centralised fulfilment management, ensuring timely deliveries and full tracking visibility.

Step-by-Step Setup

Step 1: Access the Integration Page

  1. Log in to your Helm account.

  2. Navigate to Settings → Courier Integrations.

  3. Click + Add New Courier in the bottom-right corner.

  4. Search for Relay in the list of available couriers.

  5. Click Install to begin setup.

Step 2: Fill in the Required Credentials

Once installed, a setup form will appear. Complete the following fields:

Description

Name

Enter a custom name for this integration (e.g., Relay).

Auth Company

Enter your company name in Helm (e.g., companyname).

Test Account

Toggle No to disable test mode and enable live shipments.

API Key

Enter the API key provided by Relay.

🔐 Ensure all credentials are obtained directly from Relay and entered exactly as provided to avoid connection or authentication issues.

Step 3: Enable Testing Mode (Optional)

If you want to test the integration before going live:

  1. Set Test Account to Yes to perform sandbox testing without sending live shipments.

  2. Once configuration is verified, switch Test Account back to No for live operation.

Step 4: Save and Finalise

  1. Review all entered credentials for accuracy.

  2. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the form.

  3. A confirmation message will appear once your Relay integration is successfully connected.

Completion

Your Relay integration is now active in Helm. You can begin creating shipments, generating labels, and tracking parcels automatically.

📌 You can return to Settings → Courier Integrations at any time to review, update, or modify this configuration.
