Moov Parcel Integration Guide

Integrate your Moov Parcel account with Helm to streamline your shipping operations, automate tracking, and ensure reliable fulfilment

Step-by-Step Setup

Step 1: Access the Integration Page

  1. Log in to your Helm account

  2. Navigate to:
    Settings → Courier Integrations

  3. Click + Add New Courier in the bottom-right corner

  4. Search for Moov Parcel in the list of available couriers

  5. Click Install

Step 2: Fill in the Required Credentials

Once installed, a setup form will appear. Complete the following fields:

Enter a custom name for this integration (e.g. Moov Parcel)

Your company name in Helm

Testing

Toggle Yes if you wish to run in test mode (no live transmissions will be sent)

Account Number

Provided by Moov Parcel

Account Name

Provided by Moov Parcel

Token / API Key

Provided by Moov Parcel

🔐 You must request these credentials directly from Moov Parcel if you have not already received them.

Step 3: Enable Testing Mode (Optional)

If you are setting up this courier for trial purposes or sandbox testing:

  • Set the Testing toggle to Yes

  • This prevents live data from being sent to Moov Parcel

  • You may switch it to No once the setup is complete and verified

Step 4: Save and Finalise

  1. Review all fields to ensure accuracy

  2. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the form

  3. A confirmation message will appear once successfully integrated

Completion

Congratulations - Moov Parcel is now fully integrated with Helm. You can begin dispatching orders through the system, and tracking will sync accordingly.
