Who is TNT (FedEx Express)?

TNT, now part of FedEx Express, provides fast and reliable courier and freight delivery services worldwide. With this integration, Helm enables automated shipment creation, label printing, and status updates - ensuring accurate, efficient order fulfilment.

Step-by-Step Setup

Step 1: Access the Integration Page

  1. Log in to your Helm account.

  2. Navigate to Settings → Courier Integrations.

  3. Click + Add New Courier in the bottom-right corner.

  4. Search for TNT (FedEx Express) in the list of available couriers.

  5. Click Install to begin setup.

Step 2: Fill in the Required Credentials

Once installed, a setup form will appear. Complete the following fields:

Name

Enter a custom name for this integration (e.g., TNT).

Auth Company

Enter your company name in Helm (e.g., company name).

Test Account

Toggle No for live transactions, or Yes for sandbox testing.

Username

The username provided by TNT (FedEx Express).

Password

The password associated with your TNT (FedEx Express) account.

Account No

Your assigned TNT (FedEx Express) account number.

🔐 All credentials must be obtained directly from your TNT / FedEx Express account representative or account portal.

Step 3: Enable Testing Mode (Optional)

If you want to test the integration before going live:

  1. Set Test Account to Yes to perform sandbox testing without sending live shipments.

  2. Once configuration is verified, switch Test Account back to No for live operation.

Step 4: Save and Finalise

  1. Review all fields to ensure accuracy.

  2. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the form.

  3. A confirmation message will appear once the integration is successfully completed.

Completion

You can now:

  • Create and dispatch shipments through TNT directly from Helm.

  • Print labels and manage tracking in real time.

  • Automatically synchronise fulfilment updates.
