AJP Couriers Integration Guide
This guide outlines the steps required to integrate AJP Couriers into your Helm system. Follow the instructions below to complete the setup.

Step-by-Step Setup
Step 1: Access the Integration Page
Log in to your Helm account
Navigate to:
Settings β Courier IntegrationsClick + Add New Courier in the bottom-right corner
Search for AJP Couriers in the list of available couriers
Click Install

Step 2: Fill in the Required Credentials
After selecting AJP Couriers, complete the following fields:

Name | Enter a custom name for this integration (e.g. |
Testing | Toggle Yes to activate test mode (no live transmissions will be sent) |
Account Number | Provided by AJP Couriers |
Account Name | Provided by AJP Couriers |
Token / API Key | Obtain this from your AJP Couriers account manager or support team |
π If you donβt have these credentials, please contact AJP Couriers or your assigned account manager.

Step 3: Enable Testing Mode (Optional)
If you'd like to verify the integration before going live:
Toggle Testing to Yes
No data will be transmitted to AJP Couriers during this time
Return to this section to disable test mode when ready

Step 4: Finalise the Integration
Confirm that all fields are correctly completed
Click Save Changes
A confirmation message will appear once the integration has been successfully added

Completion
Youβve now integrated AJP Couriers with Helm. You can begin dispatching shipments using this courier, and tracking data will be synced as configured.
