Integrate your Norsk account with Helm to streamline your shipping operations, automate tracking, and ensure reliable fulfilment

Step-by-Step Setup

Step 1: Access the Integration Page

Log in to your Helm account
Navigate to:
Settings → Courier Integrations
Click + Add New Courier in the bottom-right corner
Search for Norsk in the list of available couriers
Click Install

Step 2: Fill in the Required Credentials

Once installed, a setup form will appear. Complete the following fields:

Field	Description
Name	Enter a custom name for this integration (e.g. `Norsk`)
Auth Company	Your company name in Helm
Testing	Toggle Yes if you wish to run in test mode (no live transmissions will be sent)
Access Key ID	Provided by Norsk
Secret Access Key	Provided by Norsk
Tracking URL Slug	Provided by Norsk
Shipper Company Name	Provided by Norsk
Shipper Name	Provided by Norsk
Shipper Address 1	Provided by Norsk
Shipper Address 2	Provided by Norsk
Shipper Address 3	Provided by Norsk
Shipper City	Provided by Norsk
Shipper County	Provided by Norsk
Shipper Email	Provided by Norsk
Shipper Phone	Provided by Norsk
Shipper Postcode	Provided by Norsk
Shipper Country ISO	Provided by Norsk

🔐 You must request these credentials directly from Norsk if you have not already received them.

Step 3: Enable Testing Mode (Optional)

If you are setting up this courier for trial purposes or sandbox testing:

Set the Testing toggle to Yes
This prevents live data from being sent to Norsk
You may switch it to No once the setup is complete and verified

Step 4: Save and Finalise

Review all fields to ensure accuracy
Click Save Changes at the bottom of the form
A confirmation message will appear once successfully integrated

Completion

Congratulations - Norsk is now fully integrated with Helm. You can begin dispatching orders through the system, and tracking will sync accordingly.

📌 You can return to Settings → Courier Integrations to update or review this configuration at any time.
