Who is Parcel2Go?

Parcel2Go is a UK-based parcel delivery comparison and courier service, allowing merchants to choose from multiple carriers for their shipments. Integrating Parcel2Go with Helm streamlines fulfilment, automates tracking, and ensures orders are shipped efficiently with accurate delivery updates.

Step-by-Step Setup

Step 1: Access the Integration Page

  1. Log in to your Helm account.

  2. Navigate to Settings → Courier Integrations.

  3. Click + Add New Courier in the bottom-right corner.

  4. Search for Parcel2Go in the list of available couriers.

  5. Click Install to begin setup.

Step 2: Fill in the Required Credentials

Once installed, a setup form will appear. Complete the following fields:

Name

Enter a custom name for this integration (e.g., Parcel2Go).

Auth Company

Enter your company name in Helm (e.g., companyname).

Test Account

Toggle No to disable test mode and enable live shipments.

Client ID

Enter the Client ID provided by Parcel2Go.

Client Secret

Enter the Client Secret provided by Parcel2Go.

🔐 Ensure all credentials are obtained directly from Parcel2Go and entered exactly as provided to avoid authentication issues.

Step 3: Enable Testing Mode (Optional)

  • Set Test Account to Yes to perform sandbox testing without sending live shipments.

  • Once configuration is verified, switch Test Account to No for live operation.

Step 4: Save and Finalise

  1. Review all entered credentials for accuracy.

  2. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the form.

  3. A confirmation message will appear once your Parcel2Go integration is successfully connected.

Completion

Your Parcel2Go integration is now live in Helm. You can begin dispatching parcels, generating shipping labels, and tracking shipments automatically.
