CR Transport Integration Guide

Integrate your CR Transport account with Helm to streamline your shipping operations, automate tracking, and ensure reliable fulfilment

Step-by-Step Setup

Step 1: Access the Integration Page

  1. Log in to your Helm account

  2. Navigate to:
    Settings → Courier Integrations

  3. Click + Add New Courier in the bottom-right corner

  4. Search for CR Transport in the list of available couriers

  5. Click Install

Step 2: Fill in the Required Credentials

Once installed, a setup form will appear. Complete the following fields:

Enter a custom name for this integration (e.g. CR Transport – UK Delivery)

Your company name in Helm

Testing

Toggle Yes if you wish to run in test mode (no live transmissions will be sent)

Customer Account Number

Provided by CR Transport

Customer Name

FTP Host

Obtain this from your CR Transport account manager or support team

FTP Username

Provided by CR Transport

FTP Password

Provided by CR Transport

FTP Port

Provided by CR Transport

🔐 You must request these credentials directly from CR Transport if you have not already received them.

Step 3: Enable Testing Mode (Optional)

If you are setting up this courier for trial purposes or sandbox testing:

  • Set the Testing toggle to Yes

  • This prevents live data from being sent to CR Transport

  • You may switch it to No once the setup is complete and verified

Step 4: Save and Finalise

  1. Review all fields to ensure accuracy

  2. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the form

  3. A confirmation message will appear once successfully integrated

Completion

Congratulations - CR Transport is now fully integrated with Helm. You can begin dispatching orders through the system, and tracking will sync accordingly.
