Who is Stamps USPS?

Stamps USPS is an online postage and shipping solution powered by the United States Postal Service (USPS), enabling businesses to create shipping labels, schedule pickups, and track parcels efficiently. Integrating Stamps USPS with Helm allows automated order imports, centralised fulfilment management, and real-time shipment tracking.

Step-by-Step Setup

Step 1: Access the Integration Page

  1. Log in to your Helm account.

  2. Navigate to Settings β†’ Courier Integrations.

  3. Click + Add New Courier in the bottom-right corner.

  4. Search for Stamps USPS in the list of available couriers.

  5. Click Install to begin setup.

Step 2: Fill in the Required Credentials

Once installed, a setup form will appear. Complete the following fields:

Enter a custom name for this integration (e.g., StampsUSPS).

Auth Company

Enter your company name in Helm (e.g., company name).

Test Account

Toggle No for live operation. Set to Yes if testing.

Username

Enter the username provided by Stamps USPS.

Password

Enter the password provided by Stamps USPS.

Step 3: Enable Testing Mode (Optional)

If you want to test the integration before going live:

  1. Set Test Account to Yes to perform sandbox testing without sending live shipments.

Step 4: Save and Finalise

  1. Review all fields to ensure accuracy.

  2. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the form.

  3. A confirmation message will appear once the integration is successfully completed.

Your Stamps USPS integration is now active in Helm. You can begin creating shipments, generating labels, and tracking deliveries automatically.
