Hived Integration Guide

Integrate your Hived account with Helm to streamline your local and sustainable delivery operations, automate tracking, and simplify fulfilment through Hived’s green courier network.

Step-by-Step Setup

Step 1: Access the Integration Page

  1. Log in to your Helm account

  2. Navigate to:
    Settings → Courier Integrations

  3. Click + Add New Courier in the bottom-right corner

  4. Search for Hived in the list of available couriers

  5. Click Install

Step 2: Fill in the Required Credentials

Once installed, a setup form will appear. Complete the following fields:

Enter a custom name for this integration (e.g. Hived)

Testing

Toggle Yes if you wish to run in test mode (no live transmissions will be sent)

Username

Provided by Hived

Password

Provided by Hived

Account Number

Provided by Hived

🔐 These credentials must be requested directly from Hived if you do not already have them.

Step 3: Enable Testing Mode (Optional)

If you are setting up this courier for trial purposes or sandbox testing:

  • Set the Testing toggle to Yes

  • This prevents live data from being transmitted to Hived

  • You may switch it to No once the integration is verified and ready for production

Step 4: Save and Finalise

  1. Double-check all entered details

  2. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the form

  3. A confirmation message will appear upon successful integration

Completion

You’ve successfully integrated Hived with Helm. You can now begin dispatching orders using Hived’s eco-friendly delivery network and synchronise tracking data automatically.

📌 You can return to Settings → Courier Integrations at any time to update, manage, or review this integration.
