Integrate your Total Fulfilment account with Helm to automate order dispatch, generate shipping labels, and synchronise tracking updates. Once connected, all fulfilment processes can be managed efficiently from Helm.

Who is Total Fulfilment?

Total Fulfilment is a logistics and warehousing provider specialising in eCommerce and retail order fulfilment. Integrating Total Fulfilment with Helm enables automated order processing, real-time tracking, and centralised fulfilment management across multiple sales channels.

Step-by-Step Setup

Step 1: Access the Integration Page

  1. Log in to your Helm account.

  2. Navigate to Settings → Courier Integrations.

  3. Click + Add New Courier in the bottom-right corner.

  4. Search for Total Fulfilment in the list of available couriers.

  5. Click Install to begin setup.

Step 2: Fill in the Required Credentials

Once installed, a setup form will appear. Complete the following fields:

Name

Enter a custom name for this integration (e.g., Total Fulfilment).

Auth Company

Enter your company name in Helm (e.g., company name).

Test Account

Toggle No for live operation. Set to Yes for sandbox testing.

Account Number

Enter the account number provided by Total Fulfilment.

Account Name

Enter the account name provided by Total Fulfilment.

Token

Enter the API token provided by Total Fulfilment.

🔐 Ensure all credentials are obtained directly from Total Fulfilment and entered exactly as provided to avoid connection issues.

Step 3: Enable Testing Mode (Optional)

If you want to test the integration before going live:

  1. Set Test Account to Yes to perform sandbox testing without sending live shipments.

  2. Once configuration is verified, switch Test Account back to No for live operation.

Step 4: Save and Finalise

  1. Review all fields to ensure accuracy.

  2. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the form.

  3. A confirmation message will appear once the integration is successfully completed.

Completion

Your Total Fulfilment integration is now active in Helm. You can begin dispatching orders, generating labels, and tracking shipments automatically.

📦 You can return to Settings → Courier Integrations at any time to review, update, or modify this configuration.
