Who is Yodel ECR?
Yodel ECR (Enterprise Courier Routing) is part of Yodelβs enterprise logistics network, designed for high-volume and business-critical deliveries. The ECR service enables dynamic route management, real-time tracking, and enhanced visibility across your delivery network. Integrating Yodel ECR with Helm allows for automated despatch handling and synchronised delivery data - ensuring efficiency and accuracy from order to fulfilment.

Step-by-Step Setup
Step 1: Access the Integration Page
Log in to your Helm account.
Navigate to Settings β Courier Integrations.
Click + Add New Courier in the bottom-right corner.
Search for Yodel ECR in the list of available couriers.
Click Install to begin setup.

Step 2: Fill in the Required Credentials
Once installed, a setup form will appear. Complete the following fields:
π You must request these credentials directly from Yodel ECR if you have not already received them.

Step 3: Enable Testing Mode (Optional)
If you want to test the integration before going live:
Set the Test Account toggle to Yes.
This ensures no live data or shipments are sent to Yodel.
Once the configuration is verified, switch the toggle back to No for live operations.

Step 4: Save and Finalise
Review all fields carefully to confirm accuracy.
Click Save Changes at the bottom of the form.
A confirmation message will appear once your Yodel ECR integration is successfully connected.

Completion
Your Yodel ECR courier integration is now live in Helm. You can begin dispatching shipments through Yodel ECR, and tracking updates will sync automatically.
π You can return to Settings β Courier Integrations at any time to review, update, or modify this configuration.
