Integrate your Seur account with Helm to automate parcel dispatch, generate shipping labels, and synchronise tracking updates. Once connected, all shipments and fulfilment data can be managed directly within Helm.

Who is Seur?
Seur is a leading courier and logistics provider in Spain, offering reliable domestic and international parcel delivery solutions. Integrating Seur with Helm enables automated order imports, centralised fulfilment management, and real-time shipment tracking, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.

Step-by-Step Setup
Step 1: Access the Integration Page
Log in to your Helm account.
Navigate to Settings β Courier Integrations.
Click + Add New Courier in the bottom-right corner.
Search for Seur in the list of available couriers.
Click Install to begin setup.

Step 2: Fill in the Required Credentials
Once installed, a setup form will appear. Complete the following fields:
π Ensure all credentials are obtained directly from Seur and entered exactly as provided to avoid connection issues.

Step 3: Enable Testing Mode (Optional)
If you want to test the integration before going live:
Set Test Account to Yes to perform sandbox testing without sending live shipments.
Once configuration is verified, switch Test Account back to No for live operation.

Step 4: Save and Finalise
Review all fields to ensure accuracy.
Click Save Changes at the bottom of the form.
A confirmation message will appear once the integration is successfully completed.

Completion
Your Seur integration is now active in Helm. You can begin creating shipments, generating labels, and tracking deliveries automatically.
