❓ How do I check if my warehouse is set up correctly?

✅ Go to Warehousing > Locations and confirm that all storage areas, bins, or shelves have been created. You should also verify that stock has been allocated to the correct locations. If anything is missing, you can add or edit locations from this page.

❓ Can I manage multiple warehouses in Helm 3.6?

✅ Yes. Helm supports multi-warehouse operations. Each warehouse can be configured separately, allowing you to assign stock, track orders, and report on performance independently.

❓ How do I transfer stock between warehouses?

✅ Use the Stock Transfers function. Select the source warehouse, the destination warehouse, and the items to be moved. Helm will automatically update quantities in both locations once the transfer is confirmed.

❓ How are user permissions managed in Helm 3.6?

✅ Permissions are set at the user level within Settings > User Setup. Administrators can assign specific roles or customise access rights to control what each user can view or action.

For example, warehouse staff might be given permissions for stock movements and pick lists, while managers could have access to reporting and configuration.
