What is Aniel Marketplace
Aniel Marketplace is a B2B marketplace and distributor specialising in automotive bodywork parts and related consumables. It serves repair professionals and bodyshops with a very large catalogue of SKUs, compatibility/fitment information and parts references. Integrating Aniel with Helm lets you manage listings, orders, despatch updates and channel-specific settings from the same interface you use for your other sales channels.
PROS ✅ | CONS ❌ |
Direct access to a specialised professional audience (bodyshops and repair centres) actively buying parts and consumables. | Seller/onboarding requirements and catalogue data mapping can be exacting: expect to provide detailed part attributes and compatibility data. |
Centralised order import and inventory synchronisation through Helm: reduces duplicated admin across systems. | Some integrations require careful SKU / part-number mapping and may need additional configuration for fitment tables or vehicle-compatibility logic. |
Supports high-SKU catalogues and the specific product data (fitment, OEM refs, EANs) required for accurate parts matching. | Commercial terms (pricing, margin rules, shipping and invoicing) are typically negotiated for B2B relationships and may vary by account type. |

Step-by-Step Setup
Step 1 — Start the Aniel integration in Helm
Log in to your Helm account.
Navigate to Settings → Sales Channels.
Click Add New Channel, search for Aniel (or Aniel Marketplace) and select Add / Install.
Note: You will need an approved Aniel vendor account before live listings and orders are accepted.

Step 2: Obtain and Enter Your Credentials
Aniel will provide the credentials or access tokens needed to connect. In Helm, populate the integration fields with the credentials supplied by Aniel:
Active – Toggle Is Active to enable the channel.
Name – Use a clear channel label (e.g. Aniel — Bodywork Parts).
API URL / Endpoint – Enter the API/endpoint supplied by Aniel for your seller account.
API Key / Token – Paste the API key, access token or other credentials provided during onboarding.
Selected Channel / Market – If Aniel supports regional endpoints or business lines (e.g. retail vs B2B/dropship), choose the correct one.
Ensure credentials are copied exactly as provided. Aniel commonly expects detailed product feeds and fitment/compatibility data during onboarding — have representative product files and mapping templates ready.
Optional configuration tabs include:
Credentials – Enter any extra parameters (client IDs, refresh tokens) if supplied.
Settings – Select the warehouse or fulfilment location for Aniel orders; set default shipping methods, lead times and packaging options.
Stock Control – Enable Auto Sync Stock so Helm pushes inventory updates to Aniel automatically and prevents oversells. Consider reserving stock for B2B orders or campaign-specific allocations.
Product Mapping – Carefully map SKU, OEM, EAN/GTIN, and fitment attributes so product lookups and compatibility checks function correctly on the marketplace.
Brand – Configure company/brand details for this channel; Helm can use General Settings or channel-specific profiles.
Commercial Invoice – Enter invoicing details and VAT handling for B2B orders; Aniel may require net prices, purchase-order IDs, or specific invoice formats.
Despatch Emails & Documents – Decide whether Helm should send despatch notifications, attach proof-of-delivery or upload invoices/documents back to the channel.
Dropship / Marketplace Modes – If you operate dropship or direct-supply models, confirm how Aniel expects order confirmations, despatch notices and lead times to be reported and enable the corresponding Helm workflows.
🔐 Always use the credentials tied to your Aniel vendor account and follow any mapping templates or attribute guides Aniel provides for parts and compatibility data.

Step 3: Save and Activate
Click Submit (or Save) to store your credentials.
Helm will attempt to connect to Aniel. On successful connection you’ll see a confirmation and the channel will be listed as active. Helm will then begin importing orders and synchronising stock and product updates according to your sync settings.
If authentication or permission errors occur, confirm:
Your Aniel vendor account has been approved and is active.
The API token or credentials you entered are current (tokens may expire or require rotation).
Any product feed, fitment table or catalogue submissions requested during onboarding were completed and accepted.

Completion
Once connected, your Aniel channel will be manageable from Helm: approved listings and parts data will be visible and editable, orders will import automatically, Helm will submit despatch/tracking updates and invoices where required, and inventory will be kept in sync to reduce oversells and minimise fulfilment friction. Keep monitoring onboarding messages from Aniel for any follow-up data requests or integration tweaks.
