This guide explains how to connect your Shopline store to Helm, enabling automated order import, real-time inventory synchronisation, and centralised fulfilment so you can manage Shopline alongside other sales channels from a single interface.

What is Shopline
Shopline is an e-commerce platform designed for retailers to manage online stores, sales channels, and customer interactions. Integrating Shopline with Helm allows you to automate order imports, synchronise inventory in real time, and streamline fulfilment workflows across multiple sales channels from one centralised platform.

Step-by-Step Setup
Step 1 — Start the Shopline integration in Helm
Log in to your Helm account.
Navigate to Settings → Sales Channels.
Click Add New Channel, search for Shopline, and select Add / Install.
Note: You must have an active Shopline store with API credentials.

Step 2: Obtain and Enter Your Credentials
Shopline will provide the credentials required for integration. In Helm, fill out the following fields with the details provided:
Name – Assign a clear label (e.g., Shopline Store).
Subdomain – Enter your Shopline store subdomain (e.g.,
yourstore.shopline.com).Access Token – Paste the API access token provided by Shopline.
Ensure credentials are copied exactly as provided to avoid connection issues.

Adjust these parameters according to your business protocols:
Settings – Select the warehouse for fulfilment and configure shipping SLAs.
Stock Control – Enable Auto Sync Stock to maintain inventory parity.
Brand – Configure company details for invoices and branding.
Commercial Invoice – Enter VAT ID and company address if required.
Despatch Emails – Decide whether Helm should send despatch and tracking notifications.
Feedback Emails – Enable order feedback emails if required.
🔐 Credentials must correspond with those used to access your Shopline store.

Step 3: Save and Activate
Click Submit (or Save) to store your credentials.
Helm will attempt to connect to Shopline. On success, the channel will be active, and orders, stock, and fulfilment updates will begin synchronising automatically.

Completion
Your Shopline store is now fully integrated with Helm. Orders will import automatically, inventory levels will remain accurate, and fulfilment updates will synchronise in real time. This centralised integration ensures efficient operations, reduces manual errors, and provides a single point of control across all connected sales channels.
