Helm enables you to configure precise warehouse location structures, allowing stock to be tracked and managed down to the shelf or bin. Locations are foundational to efficient picking, packing, replenishment, and stock auditing. Each item in your inventory can be assigned to a specific physical location within your warehouse, enhancing visibility and operational speed

Set up warehouse locations when:
Configuring a new warehouse or expanding an existing site

1. Warehouse Locations
Steps to Create a New Location
Navigate to:
Warehouse → LocationsClick Add Location
Complete the following fields:
Location Code – e.g.
A1-Shelf-1Description – e.g.
"Top Shelf, Zone A – Small Parcels"Assign to Default Warehouse – select from dropdown if applicable
Click Save
Repeat for each additional storage zone required

The Assembly module allows you to manage assembled inventory - products that are created from other stock items based on a defined bill of materials (BoM)
