How to Generate a "Low Stock Report - Global"

This report is crucial for proactive inventory management, highlighting products that require reordering across all your locations

  1. Navigate to Reports: From the Helm Dashboard, select Reports from the main navigation menu

  2. Select Inventory Category: click on Inventory

  3. Choose "Low Stock Report - Global": Locate Low Stock Report - Global from the list of available inventory reports

  4. Include Archived Inventories: Yes or No

  5. Generate Report: Click the Download Report button

  6. Review and Export: The report will display on screen. You can typically export this data to a CSV or Excel file for further analysis by clicking the Export icon
