ManoMano Integration Setup Guide

This guide walks you through connecting your ManoMano account to Helm. Once connected, orders and inventory will sync automatically, helping you manage your ManoMano sales channel efficiently

Step-by-Step Setup

Step 1: Access the ManoMano Integration

  1. Log in to your Helm account.

  2. Navigate to:
    SettingsSales Channels.

  3. From the list of available channels, select ManoMano.

Step 2: Enter Your Credentials

  1. Fill in the following fields:

    • Active - click the Is Active toggle to activate the channel.

    • Name – Enter a clear reference for your channel (e.g. ManoMano France).

    • API Login – Your ManoMano account username.

    • API Password – Your ManoMano account password.

    • API Key - Your ManoMano API Key.

    • Contract ID - Your ManoMano Contract ID.

  2. Explore the configuration settings to further tailor and enhance your integration.

  3. Click Settings in the top tab and choose the Helm warehouse from which goods will be despatched for this integration.

  4. Explore the configuration settings to further tailor and enhance your integration.

  5. Ensure all the details have been copied directly.

  6. Optional configuration tabs include:
    Adjust these according to your business requirements.

    • Stock Control – Set up Auto Sync Stock.

    • Brand – Setup your Company Information for this sales channel below. By default your Company Information as set in General Settings will be used.

    • Commercial Invoice – Setup your Commercial Invoice Information for this sales channel below. By default your Commercial Invoice Information as set in General Settings will be used.

    • Despatch Emails – Do you want Helm to send out an order despatched email with carrier tracking information (if applicable)? If you do setup your Despatch Email for this sales channel below.

    • Feedback Emails – Do you want Helm to send out an order feedback email? If you do, setup your Despatch Email for this sales channel below.

🔐 These credentials are the same you use to log into your ManoMano partner dashboard.

Step 3: Save and Activate

  1. Click Submit to save your credentials.

A confirmation message will appear, indicating that the ManoMano channel has been successfully connected.

Completion

Your ManoMano store is now linked to Helm. Orders and stock data will begin syncing automatically, keeping your operations up to date and efficient across platforms.
